風邪も回復したけれど、仕事の忙しさは相変わらずな毎日。

来週はちょっと難しいオペの執刀があるので悩ましい・・・
術後トラブルなく退院できたらいいけれど。外科医の腕にかかってくるような症例。
前立ちをしていただく上司とめずらしくオペのディスカッションを繰り返す。
定型的なオペならともかく、今回私が開腹するのが５回目。癒着も激しいだろうし、
出たとこ勝負的な症例。
むむむぅ。です。

最近研修医が外科希望多くて、よく縫合や持針器の使い方などをきかれる。

正直、研修医のころから極上のオペが、見れて（あんぢの師匠はオペがうまい！）
「切らなきゃできるようにならない」という師匠の方針で、ガンガンオペさせてもらっていたあんぢは
感覚で身についているので、教えるとなると逆に　む～　となる。
「針の感覚を妄想するのっ」
不思議なことに、男子は想像というより妄想っていうとできるみたい（笑）


あまり、最初のころに１から１０までいちいち教えてもらう外科医っていないと思うんだな。
できないと、すぐおとりあげをくらう後輩は見てきたけれど、あんぢの師匠は根気強かったのかしらん？

と、いうか外科医は多分術中、ボキャブラリーが極端に減ると思う笑

「そこじゃなくてここだろうっ」

鑷子で、こっそり「ここに針出すの」「もうちょっと手首まわしてみて」など通訳するアタシ。

上司が「あんぢが指導するほうがわかりやすいのかなぁ・・・」

「あの、多分、ボキャブラリーの少なさに慣れているだけです。。。」とアタシ。
「しかも怒鳴られたら、動く手もフリーズしちゃうんですよ★アタシも昔はしばかれて泣きそうになりましたよぉ」

「そうかぁ・・・」と上司。
（こっそり）うなづく後輩。

オペって雰囲気作りが大切。メインがピリピリすると、オペ室全体が緊張する。
本当にすごい先生はここぞって時に余裕がある。
あんぢもそうありたい。

経験豊富であれば、どんな状況でもおちついて対応できる上司とのオペが一番好き。
安心感がある。

安心感がないオペでも同じようにできるのが、今のところ目標なのです。
